Abstract:
This article is a comparison of the international legal and penal prohibitions of Russia. The Russian penal legislation is not only fully includes the establishment of relevant international documents that define the prohibitions in the execution of punishment in form of imprisonment, but in some cases, you'll be a big positive that the practice of establishing prohibitions in foreign countries. Reference here are the documents adopted by the international community: the European prison rules standard Minimum rules for the treatment of prisoners, the model legislation of the CIS countries. However, the implementation of the latest possible with the necessary economic and social conditions in the country and their compliance with the Constitution of the Russian Federation. Analyzed foreign legislation allows to allocate certain it prohibitions that deserves attention from the point of view of their possible implementation in the criminal-Executive legislation of Russia.
