Abstract:
The article discusses various points of view of scientists on the system of crimes against human freedom in the pre-revolutionary Russian criminal legislation. The author notes that the system of crimes against human freedom in the pre-revolutionary Russian criminal legislation was much broader in its content, and contained the crimes, which are not specific to the criminal law in modern Russia. Methodology. When writing a scientific article the dialectical method of cognition, as well as formal-legal, comparative legal and systematic research methods. Scope of the study. Conclusions made by the author of a scientific article can be used for further research on this issue. Practical importance. Article Submissions may be used in the teaching of the discipline "Criminal Law ", as one of the points of view on the problem of ordering crimes in Russian criminal law, except this article materials can be used by students of educational institutions to write articles, reports, papers, etc. Value. Scientific article aims to discuss the problems posed by teachers, graduate and law students.
