Abstract:
Task - consider psychological support application of measures of state protection of minors involved in criminal proceedings as a form of implementation of juvenile technologies. Model / methodology - analysis of legal acts regulating the application of measures of state protection and the practice of using. Conclusions - formulated in article proposals are aimed at improving the application of security measures in juvenile, and are intended to fully ensure the safety and full and realization of the rights of the subject under consideration, minimizing the negative impact that criminal procedure. Originality / value: prepared scientific article contains discussion questions and addressed to all who are interested in the procedure for the application of measures of state protection and implementation of juvenile policy of Russia.
