Abstract:
The relevance of the article due to the significance of criminal law in the protection of minors from sexual abuse. The purpose of the article - to formulate proposals for improving the criminal legislation in this area and its practical implementation. Implementation of the tasks was achieved by universal dialectical method, scientific methods of analysis and synthesis and chastnonauchnogo methods - statistical, logical, formal legal. The authors conclude that sexual exploitation and sexual abuse of children in modern Russia took an unprecedented scale. The main role in the system of measures to ensure sexual inviolability of minors belongs to criminal law, the improvement of which, taking into account the proposed changes in the article of the criminal law will increase its enforcement capacities.
