Problem - The problems of organization of the internal affairs bodies of measures to combat illegal use of the trademark in the manufacture and marketing of medicines containing narcotic and psychotropic substances. Model - The methodological basis for work - universal dialectical materialist method of cognition of objective reality. Used scientific methods - analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction. Conclusions - In modern conditions to improve operational awareness of the situation at the enterprises engaged in manufacturing and marketing of medicines containing narcotic and psychotropic substances is necessary to consolidate efforts of the departments EBiPK the operational maintenance of the above objects. Today it is necessary to carry out a single prompt service all businesses are the links of one chain to ensure the promotion of medicines containing narcotic and psychotropic substances, from producers to consumers.
