Abstract:
The effectiveness of ATS activities depends on many factors and, as practice shows, the low level of training of internal affairs officers in carrying out a special operation in an emergency situation leads to the failure of a special operation. The problem of freeing hostages is the personal safety of the employees of the internal affairs bodies, is acquiring special topicality.
