Abstract:

The article touches upon and analyzes the essence and procedural-legal nature of such an investigative action as putting an arrest on post-telegraph departures, their survey and seizure. It also comes to light problem aspects of its legal regulation and practical realization, and offers the author’s vision of their decision.
