Abstract:
This article explains the concept, essence and moral nature of rehabilitation institute in Russia, covers the need for development of the institution of restore the rights and freedoms of citizens, illegally taken to criminal prosecution, as well as the attitude of the rehabilitation institute to the formation and development of fair justice.
