Abstract:
The article is devoted to research of activity of subjects of management of safety of traffic (further - subjects of traffic safety). Indicated that one of the main subjects of traffic safety is the Ministry of internal Affairs of Russia, considered the regulatory principles of its activities. Based on the analysis of legislative changes in recent years concluded that the redistribution of some functions, to ensure road safety, which was transferred to the military automobile Inspectorate of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of transport. Also to the subjects of traffic safety related governmental Commission on ensuring traffic safety and a number of other ministries and departments.
