Abstract:
The conditions of formation of the modern Russian state solve the problem of terrorism is impossible not to understand its essence, forms and ways to counter it, given that the understanding of terrorism in various circles rather ambiguously. For most - a terrorist act is a felony, while the perpetrators of such acts - no mean feat, and sometimes the goal of all life. Terrorism poses a serious threat to the security of the state, society and the individual. Of particular concern is the involvement in the terrorist activities of young people, which are easily brainwashed. In this regard, we must not forget the need for anti-terrorist propaganda in the field of education, most close to the youth.
