Abstract:
Task - to formulate and analyze historical stages of formation of the legal framework for combating human trafficking. Model - as research methods used should be noted general and specific research methods, including historical and legal, legal system-and other methods. The basis of the study were scientific works in the field of history, international law, analytical materials. Conclusions - combating trafficking in human beings is one of the most pressing challenges facing modern society in general and the Russian state of law in particular, and needs constant monitoring to identify existing gaps. Scope of the study / possibility of further use of the results of scientific work - study focuses on the analysis of the historical stages of the Russian Federation in the fight against human trafficking/ when writing manuals and general works on the history of the state and law, international law, writing special courses, as well as for further research in this area. The practical significance - the position and the conclusions reached in the study may contribute to increased attention to the issues identified, the effectiveness of the fight in the study area. Originality/value - prepared scientific article contains discussion questions and addressed to all who are interested in the fight against trafficking in human beings, in terms of the formation and implementation of state policy of the Russian Federation in the field.
