Abstract:
The article considers the issue of execution of criminal law measures for the prevention of socially significant diseases. The author focused on the issue of legal support of this process, i.e. the availability of appropriate instructions and their quality in terms of these measures. As a result of the study, a number of problems were identified, consisting in the absence of provisions explaining the procedure for implementing treatment, in the current instructions, as well as the lack of instructions regarding a number of criminal law measures. In addition, the author's opinion on their development has been submitted for consideration.
