About the nature of the criminal acts under article 200.5 of the Criminal code of the Russian Federation

In this article we examined the essence of criminal acts under article 200.5 of the criminal code "Bribery of employee of contract service, contract Manager, member of the Commission on the implementation of the procurement". The author notes that the value of the object specified in Art. 200.5 of the criminal code of the Russian Federation is due to the crime arising in connection with the procurement of state and municipal interests. Accordingly, the damage in this case will be caused to the state or municipality, even though the transfer of money (or other property) is carried out to an individual. It is concluded that the essence of the criminal act under Art. 200.5 of the criminal code is revealed through the harm and the public danger that arise as a consequence of bribery of the employee of the contract service, contract Manager, member of the procurement Commission.
