Analysis of Current Problems of Judicial Control when Selecting Bail as a Measure of Prevention

Abstract: The article analyzes current issues and problems of judicial control when choosing bail as a preventive measure. The author examines in detail the features of judicial practice on this issue, points out gaps in the legislation that give rise to problems in the application of bail in practice. The article also makes some proposals for improving legislation on this topic, specifically by correcting article №106 of Criminal procedure code of the Russian Federation.
