Formation of a Forest Plot: Legal Aspects

Abstract:
Abstract: The purpose of the research. This article examines the concepts of a forest plot, a part of a forest plot in accordance with the current legislation, the peculiarities of the formation of forest plots, the establishment of special requirements for the forest plots formed is proposed. Results. As a result of the conducted research, the author comes to the conclusion that it is necessary to establish special requirements for the formed forest areas.
