Abstract:
Abstract: The presented article examines the problem of criminalization of the legal phenomenon of "sabotage", its etymology, conducts a historical and legal study, pays special attention to legislative regulation in the early years of Soviet power, and then during the Great Patriotic War (1941-1945), which, taking into account the increased public danger, in conditions of increasing internal and external external threats have predetermined its inclusion in the Criminal Code, and a distinction is being made from related acts.
