Abstract:
Abstract: The article is devoted to the consideration of the specifics of the implementation of the principles of housing law in the context of the introduction of information and digital technologies in the sphere of housing and communal services. The article examines the main directions of digitalization and the use of information technologies in the field of housing and communal services, examines the rights and legitimate interests of citizens in the field of housing and communal services, the digitalization of the industry is aimed at improving the implementation of the effectiveness of which. The author also identifies areas for improving legislation on information and digital technologies in the field of housing and communal services.
