Abstract:
Abstract: This article identifies the features of the influence of the spiritual and moral values of the legal system of Zoroastrianism in the context of the formation of ancient states and the rights of the Tajik people. There is a tendency to correlate the moral and legal norms of Zoroastrianism with the ancient representation of state power and their significant role in the practice of public administration of ancient Iran and Central Asia during the Sassanid era.
