Abstract:
Abstract: The purpose of the research. The article examines the legal nature of the project documentation of the forest plot, its difference from the layout of the land plot. The correlation of the project documentation of the forest area and the materials of forest management in terms of establishing the boundaries of forest areas is revealed. Resuils. As a result of the conducted research, the legal significance of the project documentation of the forest area has been established, the presence of which is a prerequisite for the formation of a forest area. It allows you to consolidate the ownership of forest plots and protect them from possible disputes or illegal use.
