Abstract:
Abstract: The scientific article is devoted to the problems of the legal regulation of the use of artificial intelligence technologies in international private law. The main risks associated with the development of artificial intelligence in the modern world and their regulations are discussed. In addition, the features of international legislation are identified in the direction of prospects for regulating the development and use of artificial intelligence technologies in practical activities.
