Abstract:
Abstract: The article presents a scientific and practical commentary and assessment of Federal Law No. 254-FZ of July 31, 2020, which contains rules on a simplified procedure for the implementation of projects for the construction and reconstruction of transport, social and industrial infrastructure projects most important for the economy and social development of the regions. The key aspects of the legal support of the processes of de-bureaucratization and acceleration of the procedures of urban planning activities related to the construction of the most significant infrastructure facilities are shown. The necessity of extending the validity of the said law for the period up to 2030 is substantiated.
