Abstract:
Due to the fact that the legislator has established mandatory procurement of goods, works and services from small and medium-sized businesses to meet state and municipal needs, the article discusses issues that may have an impact on the development of small and medium-sized businesses from the procurement side. The purpose of the article is to show how this is embodied in the life of small and medium-sized businesses. The legal problems that occur when conducting purchases from small and medium-sized businesses have been identified. At the end of the article, a conclusion is made about the impact of the procurement sphere on the development of entrepreneurial activity in Of the Russian Federation.
