Abstract:
Abstract: The article analyzes the criminal procedural legislation and the legislation on operational-investigative activities of the Russian Federation and the Kyrgyz Republic, determines the place and role of operational-investigative activities in the public administration system, the development of operational-investigative policy and its transformation in the context of reforming criminal justice.
