Abstract:
Abstract: The purpose and objectives of writing the article are to study the origins of the doctrine of the rule of law, the essence of the rule of law principle in international law, ensuring its observance with the help of various United Nations institutions.
Methodological approach. The work uses general scientific methods, in particular analysis and comparison, as well as methods of legal interpretation of the norms of international law.
Results and conclusions. The article examines the activities of the UN in the field of the rule of law, the role of the rule of law in the international legal sphere of public relations.
The originality and value of the work lies in identifying the importance of the rule of law in international law, assessing the activities of the UN in the field of the rule of law.
