Abstract:

Abstract: The issues related to the legal aspects of mass vaccination against COVID-19 are considered. The issue of refusing to vaccinate was considered, and the unacceptability of mandatory vaccination was pointed out. In this regard, the studies of foreign scientists and lawyers dealing with the main legal issues of vaccination are analyzed.
