Abstract:
Abstract: Judicial precedents are court decisions regarding specific cases, which then become the norm for considering similar cases. In world practice, judicial precedents are one of the sources of law. The development of this institution in Russia raises certain questions, but the introduction of the precedent system into the legal proceedings of the Russian Federation has its significant advantages.
