Abstract: Understanding the content of regulatory legal acts in the field of implementation of control and supervisory activities by authorized entities over the activities of small and medium-sized businesses, an analysis of institutional interaction in this area between the prosecutor's office and Rostekhnadzor is carried out.
Recommendations are proposed aimed at optimizing and improving the activities of these bodies, including through improving the current regulatory legal acts.
