Abstract:
Abstract: The issues of representation in criminal proceedings are still debatable. As noted in the paper, this is due to the weak legislative regulation of this institution in the criminal process. In particular, the procedure for involving a representative in a case is poorly regulated, and the category of persons who can be representatives is not defined. Among the proposals is the need to make appropriate changes to the norms of current legislation.
