Abstract:
Abstract: Purpose of the study. This article examines the problems of legal regulation of the activities of civil servants, the main emphasis is on measures to prevent corruption in the public service system. The regulatory framework governing the legal status of civil servants, restrictions and prohibitions among civil servants, designed to neutralize and minimize corrupt practices in the Russian Federation, are analyzed. The purpose of the study is not only to identify the features of the legal regulation of the labor of civil servants, but also to prepare proposals for the development of Russian legislation on anti-corruption restrictions.
Conclusions. As a result of the research, consideration of current legislation and study of judicial practice, the authors come to the conclusion that there are some gaps in the system of Russian legislation. In this regard, the authors made proposals for improving legislation regarding anti-corruption standards for civil servants.
