Abstract:
Abstract: The purpose of the study is to establish and identify the features of risk factors and identify new forms of criminal activity that have not previously taken place in the real environment. The article reveals criminogenic factors - risks of the development of the digital economy in the context of ensuring the economic security of the Russian Federation. In the course of the study, the author analyzed the doctrinal views on the concept of «risk», the definition of its types, which made it possible to concretize criminogenic factor risks and identify their main trends.
Conclusions. As a result of the conducted research, the author comes to the conclusion that the development of digital technologies contributes to the growth of the risks of the criminogenic factor, which requires very serious efforts of the state and society in terms of applying a wide range of special preventive measures.
