Abstract:
The article focuses on the historiography of Russian Belarusian relations from 1992 to 1995. Primary attention is given to identifying historiographical approaches and the research themes explored by domestic and foreign authors. The work examines the main directions in Belarusian and Russian historiography, including studies on integration processes in the post-Soviet space. The approaches of Western scholars (Germany, the United States, Poland) are analyzed separately. Utilizing a broad range of literature, the authors aim to present a comprehensive overview of the historiographical understanding of Russian-Belarusian ties during this period.
