Abstract:
The purpose of the study. Based on archival documents, the article presents an analysis of the concept of «militancy» in relation to the managerial practice of primary party organizations in the Sverdlovsk region in the 1970s and early 1980s. The relevance of the topic for modern management is due to the study of techniques and methods of party management practice to promote specific ideological attitudes, which can contribute to the development of more effective positions and communication strategies. Moreover, the analysis of this historical experience makes it possible to avoid the repetition of negative practices in the future. Conclusions. As a result of the analysis, it can be concluded that the tasks of the primary party organizations included managing the human resources of a particular enterprise or organization in order to activate the team to fulfill the tasks set by the party. In the practice of party management, methods of ideological and personnel work were used: stimulation, «militancy display» of primary party organizations. The resource of «militancy» in relation to primary party organizations included: leadership competencies of the leaders of primary party organizations and advanced communists, high productivity, the ability to continuous learning, creative initiative, knowledge and application of innovative technologies, economical attitude to technical resources, etc. Within the framework of «display» the main forms of work were individual interviews, public reports, face-to-face approval of characteristics, as well as informing the team. The documents of the «militancy display» included: regulations on the display of the «militancy» of party organizations, logs of the results of interviews, orders and orders on comments and suggestions made during interviews, reports, characteristics.
