Abstract:
This article discusses the features of innovation and investment activities in the countries of Western Europe for example, Germany, Sweden, Finland and France. Examines the principles on which the innovation policies of these countries. Conclusion about the need to use new methods and techniques for attracting foreign capital in Russia. It is necessary to create a favourable investment climate. It is therefore very useful foreign experience all forms of attraction of investments in other States, including the Federal Republic of Germany, Sweden and other Western European countries.
