Abstract:
In this paper, the results of experimental studies of the AFN effect are carried out and its theory is developed. The nature of microprocesses leading to the occurrence of anomalously high photoelectric voltages (AHV effect) is formulated and determined. The energy parameters of the AHV films were studied.
