Aims and objectives: The stability of the company is a recognized condition for permanent and effective development of any business structure. At the same time an important prerequisite for sustainability is implemented in the organization of quality assurance and control. Accumulated a considerable amount of experience, including in terms of use in enterprises and organizations quality management. However, the existing international experience so far insufficiently used domestic business. In this regard, the aim of the work is to specify the main problems of quality control and the search for solutions to them in domestic conditions. The objectives of the work was the analysis of studies on the impact of the quality system to ensure the sustainability of the company, clarifying the basic conditions and factors leading to the improvement of the quality of the firm. Research Methodology. The study was conducted on the material of 15 publications on various aspects of the problem of increasing the effectiveness of the quality system and its impact on the stability of the company. Results of the study. Formulated systemic conclusions about the impact of the quality of the stability of the company, according to which the quality management as a tool to ensure the sustainability of the company, appeared well before using it as a competitive advantage. At the present stage of development of quality management is to provide quality products to meet customer; in achieving quality according to the standards while minimizing costs; of involvement in quality management for all staff of the company. Thus, we can conclude that the development of the sustainable development of the company quality management system is fundamentally necessary because the priority is to prevent defects can reduce the level of marriage, save the image, reduce costs, which in turn will ensure the sustainability of the company. Sounded the findings allow to choose priorities in the quality management system, represent the conditions of stability of the company and a list of the necessary measures, including the most important and urgent in improving in-house quality system aimed at improving the sustainability of the company.
