Abstract:
The article deals with the experience of the Accounts Chamber of the United States in the field of supervision of government programs. One of the best methods of monitoring the implementation of the program is the creation of an integrated master plan, which combines all of the events, milestones and activities required to complete the project. Properly staged work on the formation, monitoring, forecasting certain stages of the plan allows you to quickly correct errors and to accurately determine the parameters of the event.
