Abstract:
The article deals with modern challenges and threats to food security in Russia. The author is considered accommodative policies aimed at mitigating the impact of economic shocks on food security, the weakening of the destructive power of international economic sanctions. In the context of international economic sanctions at the forefront allocative function of the state, embodied in ensuring the production cost "unprofitable" agricultural products. The government should implement the allocation of limited resources of food and agricultural machinery. In the context of economic sanctions, in order to strengthen food security is important to diversify production, including manufacturers and suppliers of food products.
