Abstract:
The author based on the importance of qualified legal assistance in the Russian constitutional legal proceedings, interpretation of the guarantees specified subjective rights. Taking into account developed by the science of law provisions in the structure guarantees a subjective right to qualified legal assistance in the constitutional court proceedings included their base-court and status-Executive varieties. For further legal discussion by their original definitions and content. More detail in the article the analysis of status-representation guarantees the right to qualified legal assistance in the Russian constitutional legal proceedings.
