The article seeks to -Show conditions in which there is a modernization of the industrial business in the era of post-industrialism. As a result, consideration of these conditions shows what changes have undergone industrial giants to survive in the new environment. The conclusion of this article is the fact that the global crisis will destroy the traditional business model of management and to replace the biggest giants come dynamic network organization.
