Abstract:
The article discusses the powers of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on the implementation of public examination and public control. Constitutional values expert activity of the Public Chamber makes possible to reduce the risks taken by public authorities and local government regulations, violate the rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of citizens and public associations. The current legislative framework, as well as departmental legal acts is not enough focus on creating the necessary legal conditions for the implementation of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation, public control.
