Abstract:
To promote economic growth through the implementation of innovative strategies in Russia in terms of economic sanctions has sufficient capacity, but its implementation must overcome numerous barriers, not only about the resource. Identify problems and obstacles in the development of innovation and increasing innovation activity are high risks associated with investing in innovation. The author proposes mechanisms for the protection of property interests of subjects of innovation and organization innovation infrastructure in terms of sanctions
