Abstract:
The level of the rule of law in Russia changed by assessing the state of corruption, produced using the CPI, which is calculated annually by the international organization Transparency International, and the index of the rule of law, the calculation of which the international NGO World Justice Project. With critical positions shown why criminal remedies are ineffective and do not lead to the achievement of a significant anti-corruption effect. It is concluded that further destruction of the rule-making mechanism for the introduction of unjustified of any changes and additions to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation will cause difficulties in implementation and will not enhance the effectiveness of anti-corruption.
