Abstract:
Regulation of intellectual activity is a basis of the institutional formation ment allowing to harmonize interests of social and economic subjects It allows to reduce transactional expenses, provides a sustainable development of social and economic systems. In the article the conceptual questions of intellectual property development in Russia are considered, the main spheres of society and economy needing development of system of intellectual property are revealed, the methods of law, financial and information support of these processes are raised.
