Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the problem of low attractiveness of aerospace industry for young people. According to the survey, which had been conducted among the Moscow high school pupils, some factors, that negatively influence the wish to work for the Space Rocket Industry, were identified. Some specific educational and promotional measures, which are tend to attract young people to work for aerospace industry enterprises, were offered. The authors justify the necessity of deep research in this case on the national scale in order to develop the complex of events aimed at increasing aerospace industry attractiveness.
