Abstract:

In article different types of judicial examinations in case of investigation of plunders with use of credit and settlement cards, including dactyloscopic, trasological, technical and criminalistic, handwriting, portrait and other types of examinations are in detail considered. The author noted features of conducting the specified judicial examinations, including main objectives and questions which shall be delivered in case of their carrying out.
