Abstract:
The article analyzes the special contractual design, and the preliminary framework agreement and the relationship between the concepts of the framework agreement and the agreement with open conditions. Identified theoretical and practical problems associated with the use of the structures framework contract and of the contract with open terms, and consider the ratio of the preliminary framework agreement and the agreement with open conditions.
