Abstract:
The Article is devoted to social policy. The analysis of the outcomes of social policy in 2015. Noted the key importance for the social sphere and public funding. Examines the Law on the Federal budget for 2016 in the context of the fulfillment of social obligations. Noted the law on social services. Marked by new opportunities of using the maternity capital for families with disabled children and measures of social support to pensioners in 2016.
