Abstract:
The article shows corruption in health system as a factor of causing death on imprudence owing to inadequate execution by the health worker of the professional duties. The author offers organizational and administrative, criminal and legal measures of counteraction of corruption in health system. According to the author, an initial stage in system of prevention of causing death on imprudence owing to inadequate execution by the health worker of the professional duties is the improvement of methods of fight against corruption in the sphere of health care.
