Abstract:
This article discusses some of the problems the competence of jury trials. At present the Institute of jurors is an integral part of the legal and judicial systems in many countries. At the same time, the activities and the existence of this institution in the domestic proceedings raises serious doubts as to the appropriateness and suitability for the purposes of justice.
