LEGAL REGIME OF INCOME-GENERATING ACTIVITIES OF EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATIONS IN THE PEACEFUL AND WARTIME

Objective: This article examines the legal regimes of the income-generating activities of educational institutions in times of peace and times of war. The authors propose to allocate general, special and distinctive modes of the income-generating activity of business entities (represented by non-profit organizations) in peacetime and wartime. Field of study: The article examines the feasibility of a specific income-generating institutions of higher education in different legal regimes. Conclusions: Currently not actually developed mechanisms of legal regulation of business and other economic activities in the period of the emergency legislation norms. Application of the general, special and special legal regime affects the amount of legal capacity and legal educational institutions in the implementation of income-generating activities. Originality: In this paper reviewed and analyzed relatively undeveloped concept of revenue-producing activities.
